Order and GST billing app for FMCG and grocery distributors
Vanigam gives every kirana and retail shop you supply its own order link, at their price. Box and piece units, buy-X-get-Y schemes and batch expiry are built into every bill, so an order becomes a correct GST bill in one tap.
Built around the way you already work
Shops order by the case; you bill by the piece.
Set box and piece units on the item once. Bill in either, and stock and GST stay right.
“Buy 10 get 1 free” is worked out by hand on every bill.
Trade schemes apply themselves: buy X get Y on an item, a brand or a category, for everyone or chosen customers, between dates. A report shows the free goods given, at cost.
Short-expiry stock is found too late.
Track batch and expiry on the item. Sales take the earliest expiry first, and the expiring-stock list shows what to clear, with its value at cost.
MRP-inclusive rates, with the tax worked backwards.
Turn on MRP / GST-inclusive pricing and Vanigam takes the tax out of the rate correctly on every line.
You learn a shop stopped ordering weeks later.
Next-order tracking learns each shop’s buying gap and reminds you who is due to order again.
Credit keeps growing with a few shops.
Set a credit limit for each customer. A credit bill that would cross it is stopped unless you choose to override it.
Item details for FMCG and grocery
Keep the details your shops ask about on the item. Vanigam suggests these for FMCG and grocery, and you can print them under the item name on the bill.

Your shops order from your catalogue, at their price
Send each retailer their own order link on WhatsApp. It opens in the browser, with no app to install. They pick from your catalogue at the price you set for them (wholesale, retail or no prices) and place the order. It lands in Vanigam as a sale order that becomes a GST bill in one tap.

Common questions
Can Vanigam apply buy-X-get-Y schemes automatically?
Yes. Create a scheme on an item, a brand or a category, choose who it is for and the dates, and it applies itself on sales. You decide whether staff may remove it from a bill.
Does it track batch numbers and expiry dates?
Yes. Turn on batch and expiry tracking for an item. Purchases record the batch and expiry month, sales take the earliest expiry first unless you pick a batch, and the expiring-stock list shows what expires soon.
Can each shop get a different rate?
Yes. Make price lists such as Dealer or A rate, with quantity slabs if you want them, and give one to each customer; bills fill that rate automatically. On the order link, each customer sees wholesale, retail or no prices, as you choose.
Stop retyping WhatsApp orders.
Send your retailers one link. Orders, rates, dues and GST bills in one place — free to start, with automatic backup.
